Terms of use

What this is

XregOS maps MiCA and AML requirements to their articles and shows which of them a company of your profile typically has to answer for. Verdicts are computed by deterministic rules written against the article text; the AI co-pilot only reformulates the marked-up norm and never invents a conclusion.

What this is not

Not legal advice and not a compliance assessment. It is an orientation: it shows the area and typical gaps, not completeness, not a step-by-step plan, and not a verdict on your setup. Confirm with qualified counsel before acting.

Part of the markup is published as draft — mapped from the source text and not yet reviewed by counsel. Those areas are labelled as draft wherever they appear, and you should treat them as a question to ask, not an answer.

Register data comes from official sources (ESMA, GLEIF, EUR-Lex, the EU sanctions list) and is shown as it stood when you asked. A match is confirmation, not clearance; an absence of a match is not a guarantee. For legally binding information, consult the register itself.

Liability

The service is provided as is, without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Decisions about your compliance remain yours and your advisers'. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Spanish law, including for intent or gross negligence.

Who provides it, and under which law

Timur Akhtyamov, autónomo (self-employed), Spain — NIF Z1630466R. Calle Jazmín 1, 30613 Villanueva del Río Segura (Murcia), Spain

These terms are governed by Spanish law; disputes go to the courts of Murcia, Spain. If the service is later operated by a Spanish SLU owned by the same person, these terms carry over unchanged.
