About
XregOS makes the state of MiCA compliance visible: requirements mapped to their articles, your profile mapped onto them, and the source behind every statement so you can check it rather than trust it.
Where the data comes from
- ESMA Interim MiCA RegisterAuthorized CASPs, EMT issuers, and the non-compliant-entities list.Cached ~12h; register pages regenerate twice a day.
- GLEIFLegal entity identity and LEI lookup behind company autofill.Queried live when you search.
- EUR-Lex · EBAThe article text behind each mapped requirement, and the publication stream the change detector watches.Markup is versioned in the repository; changes are curated before anything is sent.
- EU Consolidated Sanctions ListSanctions screening in counterparty checks.Queried live when you ask.
Where the boundary is
This is an orientation, not legal advice — it shows the area and typical gaps, not completeness. Verdicts come from deterministic rules written against the article text; the AI explains the norm, it does not decide. Part of the markup is published as draft, pending review by counsel, and is labelled as such wherever it appears. Deepest coverage today is MiCA and CASP licensing; payment licences (PI/EMI) are on the roadmap.
